Ordering CARRIER SPECIFIC Supplies
Each manager can order their agents supplies directly from the company they are doing business with. The information on how to order from each company is shown on the Carrier Contact list.
Click the button to the right and review the websites for the carriers for whom you want to order supplies.
Ordering ASB Supplies
When your contracting is complete you will be assigned a username and password for this website. See below for steps to order business cards.
Click the following button. When prompted enter your username and password and hit the “Logon” button.

ORDERING BUSINESS CARDS
On the ASB Supplies Storefront website, click on “Business Cards” under Products in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click “Choose Template”
Click “Create New”
Under "Select Your Location", choose either one of the addresses already loaded or click Custom in the drop down box. When you click custom, boxes will appear that allow you to enter the street address, city, state, and zip.
Choose either the regular or Winner’s Circle version of the cards. Only those agents who qualified for Winner’s Circle in prior year will be allowed to order Winner’s Circle cards.
Enter the person’s name that should appear on the card as well as that person’s designations in the appropriate boxes.
Enter your contact info. You can have up to 6 pieces of information on the card: toll free number, direct number, fax number, cell number, email, website, or other. If you choose other, a box will appear to allow you to specify what this information is (i.e. pager number or something like that)
Once all information has been entered, click Save.
A draft of the business card with all information laid out will appear. If you need to make changes, click “Edit” and you will be returned to the prior screen to make changes.
If everything is correct, choose the quantity of cards needed and click “Add to Order”
Add any comments and then click “Check Out”. If you need to order another set of cards, click “Continue Shopping” and follow the steps above.
After clicking “Check Out” a screen will appear for you to enter the ship to address. Once all information has been entered, click “Save”.
Click “Continue”
Choose the shipping method for the cards and then click “Continue”.
Enter the credit card information to pay for the cards and enter the billing information associated with the credit card entered. Select “Continue”.
Review the information on the screen and click “Submit”. This will submit your order.
All business cards will be sent to Linda Fox for approval, and upon approval, your order will be placed. The cards will be printed and shipped to the address entered in step 14 above.
