Submitting New Business
All business is submitted directly to the company the app was written with. The information on where and how to submit is shown on the Company Contact sheet.
In addition, to get submitted production credit, you will need to go to our website to report the business. You can report the business for yourself and all of your downlines, or you can provide this information to your downlines so that they can report their personal business themselves.
To report submitted business:
Visit the American Senior Benefits website at www.americanseniorbenefits.com
On the right hand side, you will see a "login" link. Click that link and login using your Max ID as the username.
Once logged in, click the yellow box labeled New Case Submission in the upper right hand corner, and the New Case Submission form will load.
You can also select "New Case Submission" in the blue navigation bar on the left hand side, and then click Submission Form.
Simply fill out this page for each application submitted. If the case is a split case, be sure to indicate this so each agent gets the proper credit.
