Recruiting Tools

ASB has partnered with the Monster Recruiting platform to give managers access to candidate resumes.  Monster  is an online database with hundreds of thousands of resumes.  Managers can build searches based on key words and location. These searches can be attached to pre-built automatic email campaigns, that will run at the day the candidate profile enters the system, and then at five- and ten-day intervals.  All replies will end up in the in box designated by the manager.

 

Recruiters can reach out to candidates by phone, text, or email directly from the data base, or from your email in box.


American Senior Benefits also has a discounted rate with Monster should you wish to post an advertisement for your available openings.
